(1) The remuneration and other benefits of the chairman and members will be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal (2) As long as the chairman and members remain in their positions, the remuneration determined according to sub-section (1) shall not be changed to the detriment of them.
(3) If a person receiving a pension from the Government of Nepal is appointed to the post of chairman or member, he will be entitled to receive only one of the pension or the salary of his current post as long as he holds that post.
